Prompts Manager
The Prompts Manager is a tool used to add new prompts or edit the text for built-in SoftPro prompts. The Prompts Manager provides users with one place to go to manage prompts that can appear on a ReadyDoc, merge document, or in a Look-up table entry. The Prompts Manager allows users to:
- Add prompts that can be referenced in your own ReadyDocs, merge documents, or Look-up table entries.
- Edit the text and type of any user-created prompts.
- Edit the text for any built-in SoftPro prompt.
- Export prompts to a text file to share them with another ProForm for Windows user.
- Import prompts from a text file.
Access the Prompts Manager by selecting Tools > Prompts Manager.
