Exporting Prompts

Exporting prompts will enable users to share prompts with another user. Export the prompts that another user needs to a text file with Export Prompts to File button. The text file that is created can then be given to the other user, who will use the Import Prompts from File feature to add the exported prompt to their Prompts Manager.

1. Select Tools > Prompts Manager.
2. Click Export Prompts to File on the Prompts Manager. The Prompts Export window will appear.
3. Select the prompts to export.
4. Select OK. The Save As window appears.
5. Select the folder in which to save the export file. Enter a name for the text file in the File name field, or select an existing text file to copy over. The .txt extension must be included.
6. Select Save.
