SoftPro Live is a customizable transaction management tool that allows you to securely send documents and messages/notes to your customers. When you send documents or messages to specific people via SoftPro Live, those users will receive an email with a link to your branded Live website so they can log in and securely access those documents or messages. Even if another person somehow received that original email, either because the first recipient forwarded it or due to malicious behavior, the link can only be accessed through the original user’s secure login. Your customers cannot currently send secure documents and notes back to you through SoftPro Live, but we are working on adding that ability and will let you know when that is available.
Outside of SoftPro Live, there are several ways you can send secure email messages using email encryption tools. Options include:
- Using the built-in encryption option in Microsoft Outlook.
- Purchasing an email encryption system. A few common solutions include ZixMail, Data Motion, Cloudstar, Virtru, AppRiver, ProtonMail, & Tutanota but other options are available.
