Overlaying Endorsements

Users can select from a list of endorsements and overlay them into an order. From an open order, press the Overlay Order button on the ribbon. Enter or search for an order to overlay.

The Overlay Order window shows the overlay areas to choose from: Requirements and exceptions, Endorsements, Order contacts, and Property.

Check the Endorsements check box to open the Overlay Endorsements window. This window shows the list of endorsements available in the Order to overlay (Source Order) and endorsements already in the existing order (Destination order).

You can drag-and-drop (or highlight and click the Add button),

• an individual endorsement
• multiple endorsements
• an entire folder (i.e., if you wish to add all loan policy endorsements, drag-and-drop the Loan Policy folder)

 

Once added to the existing order, use the toolbar icons to, delete an endorsement, move an endorsement up/down in the list, or sort by the Description field; numerical items are sorted by character (e.g., 1, 10, 2, 28, etc.).
