The ProForm folder contains the following secured items:
Module
If this permission is granted, the ProForm tab will appear on the user's screen and the user will have access to the ProForm module.
Order
Bill code fields: If this permission is granted, the user can modify all of the bill code fields in an order.
Taxable fields: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the fields in the sale tax section on order contacts and all of the "taxable" checkboxes.
Attachments
Edit generated order number on creation: If this permission is granted, the user can edit order numbers that are auto-generated by SoftPro Select at teh time of order creation. If denied, the default order number generated by SoftPro Select cannot be altered.
Escrow/Closing
- CDF
- CDF: If this permission is granted, the user can modify any of the fields on the Escrow & Closing screens as long as field level permissions are also granted. CDFs are deleted when the Loan is deleted so Loan delete permissions must be granted.
- Line dropdowns: If this permission is granted, the user can edit Line drop-downs in order to send amounts to the CDF. These drop-downs are found on screens throughout the order. If the user does not have access to the screens where the drop-downs are located, the user cannot edit the drop-downs even if this permission is granted.
- Collected vs. Actual (Recording/Transfer Taxes)
- Reimbursable fields: If this permission is granted, the user can edit the Reimbursable check boxes on the Collected vs. Actual screen.
- Collected vs. Actual: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the fields on the Collected vs. Actual dialog and can select the Rec. Actuals Import button on the ProForm toolbar to import actual recording and tax issues.
- Reconcile complete: If this permission is granted, the user can edit the reconcile complete field on the Collected vs. Actual screen.
- Commercial
- Line dropdowns: If this permission is granted, the user can edit Line drop-downs in order to send amounts to the Statement. These drop-downs are found on screens throughout the order. If the user does not have access to the screens where the drop-downs are located, the user cannot edit the drop-downs even if this permission is granted.
- Section Editor
- Active: Denying edit permissions prevents edits to the Section Editor Active check box on Commercial orders.
- Section Code: Denying the edit permission prevents edits to the Section Editor Code field on Commercial orders.
- Section Editor : Add, Edits, and Delete permissions
- Statements: If edit permission is granted, the user can modify any of the fields on the Escrow & Closing screens as long as field level permissions are also granted.
- Calculated borrower/seller amounts: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the amounts that appear in the Buyer's and Seller's columns for any charge that has been calculated or sent to that HUD line. Excludes 1100 section lines.
- Earnest money option: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the "Show deposit/earnest money as required in RESPA regulations" checkbox.
- Escrow Agreement: If this permission is gratned, the user can modify the fields on the "Escrow Agreement" screen.
- Escrow instructions
- Escrow Instructions: If add permission is granted, the user can create new escrow instructions and phrases. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields on the escrow instructions and phrases. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete escrow instructions.
- Set tab position: If this permission is granted, the user can set tab positions on Phrases via the Tabs toolbar button or the ruler.
- "Text" field: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the text for Phrases. If this permission is not granted, the user will be forced to retrieve text from the lookup table.
- HUD-1
- 1000 section lines: If this permission is granted, the user can create additional HUD lines in the 1000 section.
- Calculated 1100 section borrower/seller amounts: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the amounts that appear in the 1100 section Buyer's and Seller's columns for any charge that has been calculated or sent to that HUD line.
- HUD-1:If this permission is granted, the user can modify any of the fields on the Escrow Closing screens as long as field level permissions are also granted. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete a HUD, an action which can be taken only after all loans are removed from that HUD.
- HUD-1 & HUD-1 Line drop-downs: If this permission is granted, the user can edit HUD-1 and HUD-1 line drop-downs in order to send amounts to he HUD-1. These drop-downs are found on screens throughout the order, including Title Insurance Premiums, Endorsement, Additional Tile Charges, and Sales Contract Earnest Money among others. If the user does not have access to the screen where the drop-downs are located, the user cannot edit the drop-downs even if this permission is granted.
- HUD-1 Header
- "File number" field on HUD-1: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the "File number" field on the "HUD-1 Header" screen.
- Include borrower's and seller's SSN/TIN: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the "Include borrower's seller's SSN/TIN" checkbox on the "HUD-1 Header" screen.
- Options
- User 2009 RESPA regulations for HUD-1 & HUD-1 A: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the "Use 2009 RESPA regulations for HUD-1 HUD-1A" checkbox.
- Use individual buyer codes for receipts and disbursements: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the "Use individual buyer codes for receipts and disbursements" checkbox.
- Use individual seller codes for receipts and disbursements: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the "Use individual seller codes for receipts and disbursements" checkbox.
- Use Individual Settlement Statement rules to calculate buyer/seller receipts and disbursements: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the "User Individual Settlement Statement rules to calculate buyer/seller receipts and disbursements" checkbox.
- Payees/Order Transactions - disbursements: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the Payee grid on the CDF/HUD-1 lines or the Disbursements grid on the Order Transactions screen.
- Payors/Order Transactions - disbursements: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the Payor grid on the CDF/HUD-1 lines or the Receipts grid on the Order Transactions screen.
- Policy Instructions: If this permission is granted, the user can modify any of the fields on the Policy Instructions screen.
- Seller Proceeds & 1099-S
- Exclude order from IRS submission:If this permission is granted, the user can modify the "Exclude order from IRS submission" checkbox on the "Seller Proceeds 1099-S" screen or the "Express Order Entry" screen.
- Seller Proceeds & 1099-S: Assigns a user rights to edit. If this permission is not granted, the user cannot modify the fields on the "Seller Proceeds & 1099-S" screen.
Formula Editor:
- Formula editor: If this permission is granted, the user can access the Formula Editor (F8).
- Free-form formula: If this permission is granted, and the user also have Formula Editor permission granted, the user can access the Formula Editor and add their own calculations using the default of "Free Form" in the Formula Type drop-down.
- Save formula for re-use: If this permission is granted, and the user also has Formula Editor permission granted, the user can access the Formula Editor and add their own calculations. They will also be able to save any calculations they create for future use.
General
- "Ownership profile" field: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the "Ownership profile" field.
- Affidavit: If this permission is granted, the user can modify fields on the "Affidavit" screen.
- Deed:
- Deed: If add permission is granted, the user can create new Deeds. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify field on the Deeds. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete Deeds.
- Easements, Exceptions and Restrictions: If add permission is granted, the user can create new Easements, Exceptions, and Restrictions. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields on the Easements, Exceptions, and Restrictions. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete Easements, Exceptions and Restrictions.
- Easements, Exceptions and Restrictions "Text" field: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the text for Easements, Exceptions and Restrictions. If this permission is not granted, the user will be forced to retrieve text from the lookup table.
- Invoice
- "Status" field correction: If this permission is granted, the user can change the Invoice Status at any time. If not granted, the user will not be able to change the Invoice Status field selection when the Status is "Sent" or "Canceled".
- Invoice: If add permission is granted, the user can create new invoices. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields on the invoice screen(s). If delete permission is granted, the user can delete invoices.
- Notary Acknowledgement: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the fields on the "Notary Acknowledgement" screen.
- Note: If add permission is granted, the user can create new notes in the Notes field. If edit permission is granted, the user can modify existing notes in the Notes field. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete notes form the Notes field.
- Order Contacts
- "Marketing rep" field: If this permission is granted and the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contacts, the user can modify the "Marketing Rep" fields on any Non-buyer/seller contacts.
- "Marketing source" field: If this permission is granted and the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contacts, the user can modify the "Marketing Source" fields on any Non-buyer/seller contacts.
- "Marketing rep percentage" field
- "Outgoing wire information" fields: If this permission is granted and the user con modify Buyer/Seller and/or Non-buyer/seller contacts, the user can modify the Outgoing Wire Information fields (Bank name, ABA routing number, Credit account name, Credit account number) on the Buyer/Seller and /or Non-buyer/seller contacts.
- "Verified wire information" fields: If this permission is granted and the user con modify Buyer/Seller and/or Non-buyer/seller contacts, the user can modify the wire verification information on the Buyer/Seller and /or Non-buyer/seller contacts.
- Buyer/Seller
- "SSN" field: If this permission is granted, the SSN field for individual buyers/sellers will be enabled and display the complete SSN. If this permission is not granted, the SSN field for individual buyers/sellers will be disabled the next time the screen is opened after an SSN has been entered and will be displayed with 5 leading "x" characters. For example, if the SSN is 123-45-6789, then it will be displayed as "xxx-xx-6789".
- Buyer/Seller: If add permission is granted, the user can create new Buyer/Seller contacts in a ProForm order. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify existing Buyer/Seller contacts. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete Buyer/Seller contacts.
- Non-buyer/seller contacts
- "Fee transfer ledger" field: If this permission is granted and the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contacts, the user can modify the "Fee Transfer Ledger" field on any Non-buyer/seller contacts.
- "Include on revenue reports" field: If this permission is granted and the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contacts, the user can modify the "Include on Revenue Reports" checkbox on any Non-buyer/seller contacts. NOTE: Changing this field after transactions have been posted may affect prior revenue reports.
- "Lookup code" field: If this permission is granted and the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contacts, the user can modify the "Lookup code" field including selecting a Lookup table in the field using F9, Ctrl+L, or the hyperlink on the field label.
- "Reference #" field: If this permission is granted and the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contacts, the user can modify the "Reference #" fields on any Non-buyer/seller contacts.
- All other fields: If this permission is granted and the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contacts, the user can modify any field on a Non-buyer/seller contact that does not have a separate permission specifically controlling that field. Therefore, this permission controls all Non-buyer/seller contact fields with the exception of: Fee transfer ledger, Include on revenue reports, Lookup code, Marketing rep fields, Marketing source, Reference #, Sales tax reporting and Outgoing wire information fields.
- Non-buyer/seller contacts: If this permission is granted the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contacts in a ProForm order. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify exiting Non-buyer/seller contacts. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete Non-buyer/seller contacts.
- People
- "Lookup code" field: If this permission is granted and the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contact people, the user can modify the "Lookup code" field including selecting a Lookup table in the field using F9, Ctrl+L, or the hyperlink on the field label.
- All other fields: If this permission is granted and the user can modify Non-buyer/seller contact people, the user can modify any field on a Non-buyer/seller contact person that does not have a separate permission specifically controlling that field. Therefore, this permission controls all Non-buyer/seller contact person fields with the exception of Lookup code, that is controlled by its own permission, and Main contact, that is controlled by the Person permission.
- Person: If add permission is granted, the user can create new Non-buyer/seller contact people in a ProForm order. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify existing Non-buyer/seller contact people. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete Non-buyer/seller contact people.
- Order Information: If this permission is granted, all of the basic order data fields will be enabled. This includes all fields on the Order Information screen, Settlement type, Order type, Product, type, Policy type, Settlement date/time, Due date/time, Checkboxes at top of Express Order Entry screen, and Related order(s).
Property
- "Escrow legal description" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Escrow legal description" field.
- Property: If add permission is granted, the user can create new Properties. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields on the Properties. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete properties.
- Sales Contract & Earnest Money: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the fields on the Sales Contract Earnest Money screen.
- Status & Locking
- "Escrow closed date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Date/time escrow closed" field and the associated "Closed by" field.
- "Escrow lock" field lock: If this permission is granted, the user can change the "Escrow lock status" field to "Locked".
- "Escrow opened date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Date/time escrow opened" field and the associated "Opened by" field.
- "Escrow status" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Escrow status" field.
- "Escrow lock" field unlock: If this permission is granted, the user can change the "Escrow lock status" field to "Unlocked".
- "Order completed date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Date/time order completed" field and the associated "Completed by" field.
- "Order lock" field lock: If this permission is granted, the user can change the "Order lock status" field to "Locked".
- "Order received date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Date/time order received" field an the associated "Received by" field
- "Order status" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Order status" field.
- "Order lock" field unlock: If this permission is granted, the user can change the "Order lock status" field to "Unlocked".
- "Title completed date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Date/time title completed" field and the associated "Completed by" field.
- "Title opened date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Date/time title opened" field and the associated "Opened by" field.
- "Title status" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Title status" field.
Loan
- CEMA: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the fields on the Consolidation, Extension Modification Agreement (CEMA) screen.
- Loan: If this permission is granted, the user can create a new loan. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields on the loan screen(s). If delete permission is granted, the user can delete a loan.
Lookup table entries: If this permission is granted, the user can create new lookup entries or modify existing lookup entries using Insert Entry within a ProForm order. If add/edit permissions are granted, the user can create new lookup entries or modify existing lookup entries via direct entry within a ProForm order. If delete permission is granted, the user can remove any entry from a lookup table within a ProForm order.
Order Tasks
- "Assigned to" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Assigned to" field on the Checklist Track Items.
- "Completed date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access both the "Completed" field and the associated "Completed by" field on the Checklist Track Items.
- "Contact" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Contact" field on the Requested Track Items.
- "Due date" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Due" field on the Checklist Track Items.
- "Fee" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Fee" field on the Requested Track Items.
- "Received date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access both the "Received" field and the associated "By" field on the Requested Track Items.
- "Received due date" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Due"field under the "Received" section of the Requested Track Items.
- "Request via" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Request via" field on the Requested Track Items.
- "Requested date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access both the "Requested" field and the associated "By" field on the Requested Track Items.
- "Requested due date" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Due" field under the "Requested" section of the Requested Track Items.
- "Status" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Status" field on both the Requested and Checklist Track Items.
- "Task" field: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Task" field on both the Requested and Checklist Track Items.
- Tasks: If add permission is granted, the user can create new Checklist and Requested Tasks. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields on the Checklist and Requested Tasks. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete Checklist and Requested Tasks.
- Tasks assigned to others: If this permission is granted, the user can modify any Checklist or Requested Task not assigned to their username.
Orders
- Orders: If view permission is granted, the user can open and view previously created orders. If add permission is granted, the user can create new ProForm orders. If edit permission is granted, the user can modify ProForm orders based on their permissions to individual fields. If not granted, they may still view orders in "Read Only" mode as long as they have view permission. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete a ProForm order from the Search Results panel.
- Templates to copy for Reserved Orders: When this permission is denied, a user consuming a reserved order number cannot add a template, remove a template, or change the sort order on the list of templates that was populated when the order was reserved. When this permission is granted, a user can add, remove or change the sort order on the list of templates that was populated when the order was reserved.
Edit generated order number on creation: If this permission is granted, the user can edit order numbers that are auto-generated by SoftPro Select at the time of order creation. If not granted, the default order number generated by SoftPro Select cannot be altered.
- Attachments: If view permission is granted, the user can view documents that were previously attached to an order. If add permission is granted, the user can attach external documents to orders. If edit permission is granted, the user can edit the descriptions of external documents previously attached to orders. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete external documents previously attached to orders.
- Attachments Folders: If add permission is granted, the user can add folders to orders to organize attachments. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can rename and move folders. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete a folder that does not contain attachments. If delete permission is granted and the user also has permission to delete attachments, the user can delete a folder that does not contain attachments.
- Categories
- Accounting
- Accounting: If this permission is granted, the user can access documents with category "Accounting" from the ProForm ReadyDocs tree. If not granted, the user will not see these documents even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Save to editable file types: If this permission is granted, and a document with category "Accounting" is accessible, and the "Allow save to editable file types" checkbox is checked for the document, the user can save the document as an editable file type (i.e. MS Word, Rich Text, etc.) through the Documents Preview File menu. If not granted, the user will only be able to save the document to a non-editable field type (such as Adobe PDF) through the Documents Preview File menu.
- Bulk Sales
- Bulk Sales: If this permission is granted, the user can access documents with category "Bulk Sales" from the ProForm ReadyDocs tree. If not granted, the user will not see these documents even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Save to editable file types: If this permission is granted, and a document with category "Bulk Sales" is accessible, and the "Allow save to editable file types" checkbox is checked for the document, the user can save the document as an editable file type (i.e. MS Word, Rich Text, etc.) through the Documents Preview File menu. If not granted, the user will only be able to save the document to a non-editable field type (such as Adobe PDF) through the Documents Preview File menu.
- Commercial - Escrow
- Commercial - Escrow: If this permission is granted, the user can access documents with category "Commercial - Escrow" from the ProForm ReadyDocs tree. If not granted, the user will not see these documents even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Save to editable file types: If this permission is granted, and a document with category "Commercial - Escrow" is accessible, and the "Allow save to editable file types" checkbox is checked for the document, the user can save the document as an editable file type (such as MS Word, Rich Text, etc.) through the Documents Preview File menu. If not granted, the user will only be able to save the document to a non-editable file type (such as Adobe PDF) through the Documents Preview File menu.
- Commercial - Title
- Commercial - Title: If this permission is granted, the user can access documents with category "Commercial - Title" from the ProForm ReadyDocs tree. If not granted, the user will not see these documents even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Save to editable file types: If this permission is granted, and a document with category "Commercial - Title" is accessible, and the "Allow save to editable file types" checkbox is checked for the document, the user can save the document as an editable file type (such as MS Word, Rich Text, etc.) through the Documents Preview File menu. If not granted, the user will only be able to save the document to a non-editable file type (such as Adobe PDF) through the Documents Preview File menu.
- Escrow

- Title
- Title: If this permission is granted, the user can access documents with category "Title" from the ProForm ReadyDocs tree. If not granted, the user will not see these documents even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Save to editable file types: If this permission is granted, and a document with category "Title" is accessible, and the "Allow save to editable file types" checkbox is checked for the document, the user can save the document as an editable file type (such as MS Word, Rich Text, etc.) through the Documents Preview File menu. If not granted, the user will only be able to save the document to a non-editable file type (such as Adobe PDF) through the Documents Preview File menu.
- Unrestricted
- Unrestricted: If this permission is granted, the user can access documents with category "Unrestricted" from the ProForm ReadyDocs tree. If not granted, the user will not see these documents even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Save to editable file types: If this permission is granted, and a document with category "Unrestricted" is accessible, and the "Allow save to editable file types" checkbox is checked for the document, the user can save the document as an editable file type (such as MS Word, Rich Text, etc.) through the Documents Preview File menu. If not granted, the user will only be able to save the document to a non-editable file type (such as Adobe PDF) through the Documents Preview File menu.
- Accounting
- Edit Options
- Edit restricted document: If this permission is granted, the user can modify a document in preview mode if the document's "Edit Option" property is "Restricted"
- Edit unrestricted document: If this permission granted, the user can modify a document in preview mode if the document's "Edit Option" property is "Unrestricted".
- Publish: If this permission granted, the user can publish ReadyDocs to SPImage from the ProForm documents screen.
- "ProForm -generated transactions" field: If this permission is granted, the user will be able to access the "ProForm-generated transactions" field which handles the generating of transactions in the Register.
If this permission is not granted and the, - ProForm-generated transactions field is checked by default, transactions are generated in the Register, but the user cannot access the ProForm-generated transactions check box.
- ProForm-generated transactions field is unchecked by default, transactions will not be generated in the Register, the user cannot access the ProForm-generated transactions check box but the user can copy transactions into the Register by using the "Generate Pending Transactions" option.
- "Trust account" field: If this permission granted, the user can modify the "Trust Account" field.
- IBA "Status" field: If this permission granted, the user can edit the "Status" field on an IBA, preventing the user from adding, editing, or deleting transactions in a closed IBA.
- IBA detail: If this permission granted, the user can edit IBA detail (such as account number type) after the IBA is created.
- Register: If this permission granted, the user can access the Register.
Title
- Additional Title Charges: If add permission is granted, the user can create a new Additional Title Charge. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields for an Additional Title Charge. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete an Additional Title Charge.
- Commitment:
- "Completed date/by" fields: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Date/Time completed" field and the associated "Completed by" field for the Commitment.
- "Effective date/time" field: If this permission granted, the user can access the "Effective date/time" field for the Commitment.
- "Lock status" field lock: If this permission granted, the user can change the "Commitment lock status" field to "Locked".
- "Lock status" field unlock: If this permission granted, the user can change the "Commitment lock status" field to "Unlocked".
- Commitment: If add permission is granted, the user can create a new Commitment on the Commitment screen or add a new Commitment on the Title Insurance Premiums screen. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields on the Commitment screen. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete a Commitment.
- Countersignature "Browse" button: If this permission granted, the Browse button for Countersignature image files for the Commitment will be enabled.
- Countersignature text field: If this permission granted, the field that holds the countersignature language will be enabled for the Commitment.
- Endorsements: If add permission is granted, the user can create a new Endorsement. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields for an Endorsement. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete an Endorsement.
- Existing Liens: If add permission is granted, the user can create a new Existing Lien. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields for an Existing Lien. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete an Existing Lien.
- Final Title Opinion: If this permission granted, the user can modify the fields on the "Final Title Opinion" screen.
- Insured Mortgage: If this permission granted, the user can modify the "Insured Mortgage" fields on the Commitment and Policy.
- Interest/Vesting: If this permission granted, the user can modify the ownership interest and vesting fields on the Commitment and Policy.
- Policy
- "Completed date/by" fields: If this permission granted, the user can access the "Date/time complete" field and the associated "Completed by" field for the Policy.
- "Covered risk" field: If this permission granted, the user can access the"Covered Risk" fields on the Owner's Policy screen.
- "Lock status" field lock: If this permission granted, the user can change the Policy "Lock status" field to "Locked".
- "Lock status" field unlock: If this permission granted, the user can change the Policy "Lock status" field to "Unlocked".
- Countersignature "Browse" button: If this permission granted, the Browse button for Countersignature image files for the Policy will be enabled.
- Countersignature text field: If this permission granted, the field that holds the countersignature language will be enabled for the Policy.
- Policy: If this permission granted, the user can modify the fields on the Policy Schedule A and Policy Schedule B1, B2 screens.
- Preliminary Title Search & Opinion: If this permission granted, the user can modify the fields on the "Preliminary Title Search & Opinion" screen.
- Proposed Insured: If this permission granted, the user can modify the "Proposed Insured" fields on the Commitment and Policy.
- Requirements and Exceptions
- "Text" field: If this permission is granted, the user can modify the text for Requirements or Exceptions. If this permission is not granted, the user will be forced to retrieve text from the lookup table.
- Requirements and Exceptions: If add permission is granted, the user can create a new Requirement or Exception. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify a Requirement or Exception. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete a Requirement or Exception.
- Set tab position: If this permission granted, the user can set tab positions on Requirements and Exceptions via the Tabs toolbar button or the ruler.
- Title Legal Description
- "Commitment legal description" field: If this permission granted, the user can modify the "Preliminary Opinion/Commitment legal" field.
- "Policy legal description field: If this permission granted, the user can modify the "Final Opinion/Policy legal" field.
- Title Insurance Premiums: Add: If add permission is granted the user can create a new Policy. If either add or edit permission is granted, the user can modify fields on the Title Insurance Premiums screen for a Policy. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete a Policy.
Reports
- Accounting: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Accounting" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Bulk Sales: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Bulk Sales" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Commercial - Escrow: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Commercial - Escrow" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Commercial - Title: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Commercial - Title" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Escrow: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Escrow" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Management - Escrow: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Management - Escrow" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Management - Title: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Management - Title" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Management: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Management" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Title: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Title" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
- Unrestricted: If this permission is granted, the user can access reports with category "Unrestricted" from the ProForm Reports tree. If not granted, the user will not see these reports even if they are included in the user's tree.
Search
If this permission is granted, the user can search for ProForm Orders.
Templates
- Restricted templates: If edit permission is granted, the user will only be able to modify restricted templates based on their permissions on individual fields and if Templates edit permission is also granted. If not granted, they may still view templates in "Read Only" mode as long as they have Templates view permission. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete a restricted template from the Search Results panel if they also have Templates delete permission.
- Templates: If view permission is granted, the user can open previously created templates. If add permission is granted, the user can create new templates. If edit permission is granted, the user will only be able to modify non-restricted templates based on their permissions on individual fields. If not granted, they may still view templates in "Read Only" mode as long as they have view permission. If delete permission is granted, the user can delete non-restricted templates form the Search Results panel.
Transfer Ledger
If this permission is granted, the user can access the Transfer Ledgers functionality from the "Transfer Ledger" toolbar button on the ribbon.
Workflow
- Filter queue: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Filter" button on the MyOrders panel.
- Manager view: If this permission is granted, the user can access the "Manager" button on the MyOrders panel to view the Workflow Order Manager. If execute permission is granted, the user can change workflow-order associations by using the "Action" button on the Workflow Order Manager.
- Other's queue: If this permission is granted, the user can look at another user's workflow queue by clicking the "View" button on the MyOrders panel and selecting another user's name.
- Submit and select from workflow: If this permission is granted, the user can select orders from or submit orders to the workflow queue. NOTE: Even with this permission, a user can only submit an order currently assigned to him or her.
