File Numbering Format Examples

For instance, if you want each new file number to contain the letters NORTH, the four-digit year, the double-digit month, and a three-digit file number, enter NORTH in quotation marks followed by YMSSS. For example:

If you started using this format on April 1, 2004, the first file created would be named NORTH200404001.PFD. (The next file created on that day would be named NORTH200404002.PFD.)

For the following examples, assume that the current month is August 2005, and the current sequence number is 001.
