Opening Files

1. Select File > Open or click . The Open dialog box displays. ProForm files (.pfd) in the On-Line Files Directory display by default.
   
2. Select the file you want to open from the list and click Open.

NOTE :  If your ProForm files are shared across a network, you will be alerted if you attempt to open a file that another user has open. A message will appear informing you the name of the user who has the file open, and the date and time the file was opened. You will have read-only access  to the file.
